Question:I thought XL was size 16-18. Why is it listed as size 8?

Answer:Size XL is a roomy-cut garment and is as stated, a size XL.

Question:Are the arms tight fitting?

Answer:I have swimmer's arms so almost everything is tight in arms - this one is okay. It's actually my favorite thing to wear when the temperature drops. Mine has pockets too, so I love that!
